  • Online only auction of 4 storage units in Hendersonville, NC. Starts June 16, 2024 and ends June 19th, 2024 at 8pm. All items are photographed from front of open door. No units were sorted or staged for photos. No containers were opened. Please bid accordingly as units are sold as is, where is. The following bidding rules apply: 1) The online auction will follow all NC lien laws for storage unit auctions; 2) The storage facility has the right to cancel, postpone, or pull any unit at any time; 3) Units must be cleaned out 48 hours from time of end of auction; 4) A 15% buyer's premium will be added to end bid total of each unit; 5) A $100 cash cleaning deposit will be paid at front desk prior to unit being opened for removal. Unit must be cleaned entirely, and broom swept. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of cleaning deposit; 6) Onsite facility dumpsters are not available for use by bidder and cannot be used for waste removal; 7) Paypal, Cash, credit, or debit card are only means accepted for payment.
