Pick-Up: Winning bidder has 3 designated pick days after the auction to remove items. Please be aware of this before you bid. Pickup times for Next Level Wholesale auctions will be on Mondays from 10:00AM - 4:00PM, Wednesdays from 10:00AM - 6:00PM and Fridays from 11:00AM - 4:00PM. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, simply pickup during the listed pickup times. No Appointment needed.

If you are unable to pickup item(s) within the 3 designated pickup days and times after each auction ending, you must Text (preferred) 816-594-2400 or email nlwholesale24@gmail.com prior to the last day of required pick up and include your bidder ID#, so we can make reasonable arrangements for a timely rescheduled removal of your items. If you fail to pickup the items at the rescheduled time, the items are forfeited. There will be a $2.00 per day/ per item storage fee for every extra day added onto the listed pickup time. These storage fees will need to be paid at time of item pickup.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,you forfeit your items and they will be placed back on auction to be resold on auction to the highest bidder after all schedule loadout times have passed.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Please come prepared to pickup your item(s). Have your bidder number or invoice, have a vehicle capable of transporting your item(s), have necessary help to move your item(s).

We offer a48-Hour Guaranteeon all items listed as Appears New and Factory Sealed. If the item does not function or is missing parts, you can return for a full refund. Bid with confidence. You must email us at nlwholesale24@gmail.com within 48 hours after pick-up time to make your claim. Please include reasoning for requested refund. One of our associates will promptly respond back to you as soon as possible. Once the refund claim is approved, you have 5 business days to return the item. After 48 hours, you may not claim a refund. After 5 business days you have not returned the item, no refund is allowed.

We will always do our best to present and represent each auction lot as best as we can, but as we are human, some mistakes will be made. • Factory Sealed– Item is new in box, never used, original product in the original box. Being new, we have not checked contents for function or damage. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
• Appears New– Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Item may or may not be in original box. Item should work as expected. We inspect that it is not pre-owned and complete. Box may be damaged, but contents are functional. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
• Open Box– Items could be in various levels of condition under “Open Box”. You may inspect prior to bidding to verify condition. Items are not tested for full functionality. Items are generally still new but may be opened and returned to a retailer. Hardware may be incomplete. Sold as-is. No returns allowed on Open Box items.
• Damaged– see photos. Item may be new, but have known damage. Damage is always photographed for your review prior to bidding. Could be scratch/dent only, could be as-is and not functional. No returns allowed on damage labeled items.

Inspection:This auctiondoes offer scheduled inspection dates, call or text us at 816-594-2400 to schedule an inspection.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged within 24 hours after the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. We do have a small store front area with items for sale. These items may be purchased at our location in person. We will only accept Venmo or exact cash payments for these purchases.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.

Refunds: If you receive an "Appears New" or "Factory Sealed" item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Photos are considered part of the item description. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). If your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 5 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued. If you are returning an “Appears New” or “Factory Sealed” item, it must be returned BOXED in “Appears New” condition, or we may charge a 20% restocking fee. Otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability:Next Level Wholesale's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
